To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:
All documents, preferably in digital format, regarding the property commonly known as the Dallas Country Club, located at 4155 Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, Tx 75205 and/or 4100 Beverly Drive, for the previous 5 years, including, but not limited to:
· All documents contained within the MyGov Permit software maintained by the City of Highland Park regarding all additions/alterations to the property for the time period stated above, including but not limited to:
o Building permits
o Renderings and plans submitted (both preliminary and ‘as built’)
o Inspection reports (with photos)
o Certificates of occupancy issued, if any.
o Correspondence between the owners/managers of the Dallas Country Club or their agents/contractors
o Photos taken or submitted of the Dallas Country Club , regarding any additions/buildings/violations or other issues.
· All police and fire calls for service data to the addresses above or any other addresses related to Dallas Country Club utilized by Highland Park Police or Fire Department. (names of medical patients may be redacted without need for an attorney general’s opinion as well as any witnesses or victims of crimes set out in police reports).
· Copy of all utility bills for Dallas Country Club which are generated or provided by the City of Highland Park.
· All records regarding mixed beverage sales from Dallas Country Club for the period set out above.
· All tax bills submitted and paid, along with all documentation, regarding the property described above as Dallas Country Club, including any state open land/greenbelt exemptions claimed or given to Dallas Country Club.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your letter. The request is limited to the previous five (5) years. With that clarification, please revise your projected cost estimate. We would also prefer these documents to be in digital format and not paper copies. That should also reduce the cost estimate.
