Please consider this an appeal of the Freedom of Information Act request. Because I have not received a response with either an answer or a request for an extension, I request a release of all information without redaction.

This request is out of time. I also found another request for the same information and that request has not been fulfilled or an extension requested or even addressed.

I once again request a response to this request for any and all investigative reports, photographs, videos taken at 1713 Pine Street in Highland on or about Aug. 7, 2021. I once again request the fees be waived, as I am a journalist seeking this information in the public interest.

This request was submitted on Feb. 7. Follow-up information was sought by the agency on Feb. 9 that was provided that day.
