Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act , I hereby request the following records:

All contracts, memorandums of understanding, and other agreements entered into between this Department and any agency of the Federal government (including, but not limited to: Bureau of Prisons; Citizenship and Immigration Services; Customs and Border Protection; Department of Homeland Security; Executive Office for Immigration Review; Immigration and Customs Enforcement; U.S. Marshals Service)

This request is being made as part of a journalistic investigation. The requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Does this sufficiently specify the time frame in a way that is useful for your office?
