Hi Terea,

On Jan. 5, 2016, Jenette Osborne (josborne@hermosapolice.org) sent an email to the IACA mailing list (iacalist@iaca.net).

The message reads: "I’ve been tasked with presenting a product for purchase consideration for Social Media Monitoring. If you currently use a program or have done this research, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. I’m looking for product names, pros and cons, and any other information you can provide."

I'm am seeking all responses received by Ms. Osborne to this inquiry, which may come from various law enforcement agencies across the United States, as well as some from other countries. (IACA is an international group that includes members of foreign law enforcement and intelligence agencies.)

Regards,

From: PSO Terea Johnson

Ha. No problem. Thanks.

If your IT department returns hundreds of emails, frankly, I'm only interested in a few on a specific topic. Not interested in Osborne's day to day communications (though I'm sure they are fascinating). I'd also like to keep cost, if any are necessary, to a minimum. So if you do receive a ton of emails back, let me know and I'll see what additional info I can provide to help narrow down that pile.

Thanks for your help.
