All materials regarding the removal of This One Summer, including (but not limited to) the initial parental complaint, any discussion thereof, a copy of the order removing This One Summer from the library and any other places, subsequent discussions of this order (whether internal or with others), and copies of any applicable Henning School District policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request be filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please allow me to remind you that the Minnesota Data Practices Act requires that you "shall establish procedures [...] to insure that requests for government data are received and complied with in an appropriate and prompt manner" and that "Full convenience and comprehensive accessibility shall be allowed to researchers [...] to carry out extensive research and complete copying of all records containing government data except as otherwise expressly provided by law." (MINN. STAT. 13.03 SUBD. 2 (2015)) It has now been 136 days without an acknowledgement of my request under said Act, which does not strike me as "appropriate and prompt," much less providing "full convenience and comprehensive accessibility."
Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
