Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
All materials regarding Henning School District's procedures for complying with the Minnesota Data Practices Act, which orders that the District "shall establish procedures [...] to insure that requests for government data are received and complied with in an appropriate and prompt manner," and copies of any requests made under said Act. This includes, but is not limited to, any record of what the District considers to be "an appropriate and prompt" time frame for responding to requests.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
