Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
On the DHS web page listed above, there are quarterly summary updates that say this organization “selected and trained members of their existing staff to serve as community liaison officers (as an auxiliary duty) and developed a system for dispatching the officers to meet community engagement needs. They also conducted planning activities for their workshops with community members that are taking place in Q4.”
I would like all deliverable reporting submitted to the DHS, including any materials that describe the aforementioned auxiliary duties of “liaison officers”.
This should include any financial statements and documents explaining how your $347,600 CVE grant from the DHS (in 2017) has been spent on the survey instrument or any other projects that seek to limit violent extremism. This should include at least one report for each quarter since 2017 explaining deliverables and progress to the DHS.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
