Pursuant to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following documents:
A copy of all emails, letters, and other written communication between Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation concerning the Building Community Resilience Minneapolis-St. Paul Pilot Program.
A copy of all emails, letters, and other written communication between Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and the Department of Homeland Security concerning the Building Community Resilience Minneapolis-St. Paul Pilot Program.
All attachments contained in those e-mail communications.
You can restrict your search to records created after January 1, 2014 to the date this request is processed.
According to the full framework for the Pilot Program available on the Department of Justice website, the Hennepin County Sherriff's Office is a partner in the program: https://www.justice.gov/usao-mn/file/642121/download.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
