• Number, if any, of License Plate Readers owned by this department or agency, including the manufacturer and whether a data storage package has been provided by the manufacturer.

• Any documents or correspondence during the period encompassing this request regarding possible or planned acquisition of License Plate Readers.

• Any existing or proposed usage policies regarding the use of License Plate Readers, including protocols, training documents, data storage procedures and prohibited activities.

I'm looking for documents and data for the years 2018, 2019, and 2020.

Please notify me when this information is available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Before we can start research on this and provide an estimated date and time responsive records will be available, we need clarification on the following:

You have requested "Any documents or correspondence during the period encompassing this request regarding possible or planned acquisition of License Plate Readers."

Do you have any email addresses you would like us to search on? We can search on emails that contain the term "license plate readers" but we only archive email for 15 months, so our search on email correspondence will only include the last 15 months still in retention.
