Pursuant to the Nevada Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all emails sent to or from Joshua Rodriguez, or Marc Smith (deeann.bill@cityofhenderson.com) regarding their participation in a class called Radical Islam, taught on 03/16/18. You may limit your search to the period between 03/02/18 and 03/30/18.

I request that I be properly classified as a media requester. I am an investigative journalist who has written numerous articles on topics of public interest for Responsible Statecraft, the National Interest, Reason Magazine, America Magazine and the Armenian Weekly.

If you have any questions about my media status, please contact me.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
