Hi Emily,

In response to your request, attached are ETA Forms 9058 submitted to USDOL for 2019 and 2020. Characteristics of certified requests by target group, occupation, and starting salary are provided in the reports.

We do not maintain a database that tracks Work Opportunity Tax Credit certifications in .csv or .xlsx format. We generate reports that we submit to USDOL using our WOTC online system.

We hope the information helps.

Thank you.

Edgar

Hi Edgar,

Thanks for this. I am only seeing pages one of two for each of the eight documents within the PDF. Can you double check that there isn't a second page missing for each quarter?

Thanks,
Emily
