Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
* Any annual, quarterly or semesterly logs or reports that detail how often various school therapy services are provided to students. Please provide logs from the academic year beginning in 2014 through the present.
* Any reports, logs, or other data that tracks average wait times for students who have sought help for mental health issues. Please provide logs from the academic year beginning in 2014 through the present.
* The budget for mental health services for each year beginning in 2014 through the present.
* Any reports, logs, or other data that tracks the number of mental-health related accommodations requested each school year, as well as the outcomes of those accommodation requests. Please provide records beginning in 2014 through the present.
* Any and all policies related to mental health, including but not limited to policies governing leaves of absence (voluntary and involuntary) for students, as well as any logs or reports that note the voluntary and involuntary leaves of absences students have taken each year since 2014.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your Right-To-Know Law Request dated Feb. 12, 2020. As you know, on Feb. 12, 2020, the College timely exercised its right to a 30-day extension to its initial five-business-day response period to allow sufficient time to: (i) access the requested documents, (ii) permit legal review and analysis of the requested documents and (iii) produce the documents. Your request seeks copies of: (1) any annual, quarterly or semesterly logs or reports that detail how often various school therapy services are provided to students from the academic year beginning in 2014 through the present; (2) any reports, logs, or other data that tracks average wait times for students who have sought help for mental health issues from the academic year beginning in 2014 through the present; (3) the budget for mental health services for each year beginning in 2014 through the present; (4) any reports, logs, or other data that tracks the numbers of mental-health related accommodations requested each school year, as well as the outcomes of those accommodation requests beginning in 2014 through the present; and (4) any and all policies related to mental health, including but not limited to policies governing leaves of absence (voluntary and involuntary) for students, as well as logs or reports that note the voluntary and involuntary leaves of absences students have taken each year since 2014.
Some of the documents that you have requested simply don't exist. By way of example but not being the complete list, no reports exist that track average wait times for students who have sought help for mental health issues and no reports/logs exist that track annual numbers of accommodations for mental-health related disabilities and outcomes.
With this understanding and in response to your request, the College conducted a thorough search of its records. Having concluded its search and after legal review, your request is timely granted and the responsive documents are attached. As noted above, the College does not have documents that are responsive to certain portions of your request. To the extent the College possesses responsive documents, they are provided.
If you have any further questions regarding this request, please contact me. Please be advised that this correspondence will serve to close this record with our office as permitted by law.
