From: Harris County District Clerk

Good morning,

The District Clerk’s office does not maintain the information you are seeking. For correspondence or communications sent by Judge Schmude, I would suggest contacting The Administrative Office of the District Courts. Clay Bowman is the District Courts Administrator, and Chris Wells is the Assistant Court Administrator. I am linking their website/contact page below.

https://www.justex.net/Courts/Administrative/Admin.aspx

As for court transcripts, that would be requested by the court reporter at the time of the case.
If you do not know the name of the court reporter during that time, you may be able to contact the court and find out.

I hope this information helps and have a wonderful day!
