Hello, I attempted to use your publicly available tools to obtain records of an arrest of a young activist but for some inexplicable reason his records were "not found" and web based information was deleted.

So again I request the incident reports for the arrest of Phillip (misspelled Philip in your system occasionally) Andrew Turner DOB 11-18-1989 arrested
on December 14 2015.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello again, I have still not received the legally obligated response to my freedom of information act request and will have to open a civil lawsuit for this information if the HCSO continues to stonewall on a simple public records request.

To who it may concern, please consider this an appeal.

1) for some reason HSCO makes the assumption that because "some" parts of the records may be exempted, this this requestor would not accept a partial or redacted record.. which is incorrect. I would like any portion of the requested records even if incomplete or redacted.

2) HCSO improperly sites 522.101 which given the most generous interpretation is claiming that these records are held back due to it "...interfere with the detection, investigation, or prosecution of crime" however, this case has been adjudicated to completion and it has been established that no crime had taken place

3) portions of these records were already made public on HCSO's website before they were purched
