Beryl Lipton,

I received your request for a copy of the current collective bargaining agreement (also known as a collective agreement or a union contract) between this department/agency and the local police union/fraternal order/benevolent association on August 18, 2020.

I am referring you to Jennifer Davis with the Harford County Executive Office to obtain this information. The Sheriff's Office has no legislatively mandated collective bargaining agreement with Deputy's Union. The agreement is with the County and the Union.
