April arrest report and results of blood test for Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez (the booking report, at this link, has a slightly different spelling of his name but includes the same home address: http://www.chattanoogan.com/2015/4/21/298678/Latest-Hamilton-County-Jail-Booking.aspx). Law enforcement sources have used varying spellings for the first name of this individual (i.e. Muhammad, Mohammad, etc.).
