Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

We are requesting the Contract, any contract addendums, pricing, RFP response and Evaluation/Scoring for Verra Mobility regarding the Red Light photo enforcement contract

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Good Morning,

The City of Haines City is in receipt of your records request. Your request for records has been forwarded to the appropriate parties for response. Please be assured your request will be addressed on the order in which it was received and will be produced within a reasonable amount of time. Should this request rise to the level of "extensive" the City will provide you with a written estimate, of which a 50% deposit has to be paid, prior to commencement. The City's records policy is attached for your review.

Please be advised also that the statutory obligation of the custodian of public records is to provide access to, or copies of, public records in a reasonable period of time, under reasonable conditions, and under supervision by the custodian or the custodian's designee. However, Florida statutes do not require the custodian of records to provide information about the records produced or to create new records in response to a request.

along with (5) addendums to the original contract. Please be advised regarding the proposal response from the city along with the evaluation and scoring from the evaluation committee that these records have met retention and so no records exist to complete that portion of your request.
