To whom it may concern:

I have received your request. I have been able to research and pull the records, however I still have to review them and prepare them to send to you electronically if I can. Due to SC FOIA law because the requested records are over two years old; I have a total of 40 days to provide these records and will send them to you after I receive the fee from you for the production of these records. If you have any questions, you can go to our web site: www.gcso.org<http://www.gcso.org>, to the Public Service tab and drop down to the FOIA tab. It will have our process, fees, form to fill out (this is what you need to do for any further requests to our agency), and email to the email address listed. There is also a site to view SC FOIA laws. Any future requests needs to be handled according to the FOIA tab under our GCSO site. I will advise you the cost by the first of next week. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call me: 864-467-4608.
