Greetings. This must be the 1st pass at providing "any and all" requested information, falling short of what we discussed with the fire and EMS party over the phone. For example there were more than 10 photos taken we were informed of being taken, which doesn't honor request for "all photos" taken, and those that may been "separately taken" by the "required" ATF official\inspector Special Agent assigned as matter of procedure considering this is a "government facility." This is per ATF Raleigh Special Agent, following-up from our direct inquiry. Here, we are informed the ATF person assigned may had come from Greenville. And where our specific Public Records Request asked for the ATF inspector or Special-Agent (SA) that worked with the County FD, and normally takes their own photos, conduct interviews etc...

Also, very specific to photos "we seek the actual" SPACE HEATER PHOTO, and owner of the heater, and model; and photos of surrounding clerk office shared space such as the 'Records Room" storing public-documents, videos, audios records. This is standard fire inspection assessment of any adjoining shared space that may be subjected to smoke-damage where "no fire" damaged material such as office chairs, ceiling tiles etc...susceptible to smoke damage.

Again, we were directly informed of more than approx 10+ photos, falling short herein this 1st pass response. Also, we call your attention to the Clerk of the Court "public news report" stating that 'COURT RECORDS WERE DESTROYED."

Please refer to the Public Records Request ITEMS 1-8.

We look forward to your honoring response with full records requested, along with ATF information.

To whom it may concern,

This is all the documentation I have related to the fire you are inquiring about. I'm not sure who you spoke with regarding the amount of photos that were taken, however I have provided all related information I have available. If you are looking for additional information from the ATF or NCSBI you will have to contact them directly and request records from them. If I can assist you in any additional way please let me know.

Again, we were directly informed of more than approx 10+ photos, falling short herein this 1st pass response. Also, we call your attention to the Clerk of the Court "public news report" stating that 'COURT RECORDS WERE DESTROYED." See attached EXHIBIT__: District Court resumes. ---- Pay special-attention to the county Clerk of Courts statement "quoting" statement for the local news article: "According to the Clerk of Courts, they are required by law to stay open for filings and process paperwork for court. She says there were some files lost in the fire, but they do have it backed up onto computers." unquote. And, the judge reporting to news as well quoting: "Superior Judge Paul Jones says a lot of court records were lost in the fire, but they have computerized copies which will have to be reproduced."

What the above suggests is that the fire extended to other room, other than what the Fire Inspector Report represents, as well as the missing photos of those areas.

Please refer to the Public Records Request ITEMS 1-8.

We look forward to your honoring and expedited response with "any and all" full records requested, along with ATF Special-Agent reports, contacts and any and all information applicable within the next (5) five days since we were informed available.

Thanks
