Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
We are requesting the Contract, any contract addendums, pricing, RFP response and Evaluation/Scoring for Verra Mobility regarding the Red Light photo enforcement contract
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Saulnier,
The City of Green Cove Springs is in receipt of your Public Records Request. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate parties and will be processed in accordance with the Florida Public Records Law within a reasonable amount of time. Should this request rise to the level of "extensive" you will be advised as soon as possible regarding estimated costs. Payment will be due in advance by cash, check, or money order made payable to the City of Green Cove Springs and sent to my attention.
Please be advised also that given the current situation related to COVID-19, should a mandated quarantine, or any other mandate occur that will affect staffing, there may be a delay in the City's response.
Public Records Requests will be kept open for 30 days from the date of receipt. If no reply is received to our acknowledgement of your request or after a Cost Estimate is issued, the file will be closed.
