Ring police partnership

Communications from Wisconsin's police department related to Ring, Amazon and Neighbors app. We are also seeking any communications including Raymond Pollum, Ring's head of law enforcement partnerships, and Steve Sebestyen, Ring's VP of Business Development, and Anthony Modestine, Ring's partner success associate.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I'm looking for any emails related to Ring, Amazon, the Neighbors app and the Police Portal (from Ring) from 2017 to present. That would include any memorandum of understanding, giveaways, discounts offered to the Green Bay police department, and contracts involved in those giveaways to citizens, if possible. Thank you.
