We are in receipt of your FOIA request from March 18, 2016. Our offices were closed on Friday, March 25, in observance of Good Friday. We are currently finishing collection of all responsive documents for your request. I am requesting an extension of 10 business days to ensure a thorough and accurate response. At this time, I do not foresee any fees associated with gathering the materials you requested, although that is subject to change. Please note that our offices are also closed this Friday, April 1, which makes the new due date for your request Tuesday, April 12. I don't anticipate that collection will take that long.

Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:
All documents, including but not limited to maintenance contracts and logs, for the Amiga computers used in Grand Rapids Public Schools. It was described by a local news outlet in June 2015: http://woodtv.com/2015/06/11/1980s-computer-controls-grps-heat-and-ac/
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning:

I am attaching the only document we have relating to the Amiga computer which controls HVAC for all but one GRPS building. This document is an invoice from February 2013 for replacing the hard drive. There are no maintenance contracts or logs.
