I am writing in response to your open record request related to 365 Blueberry Lane, Grand Prairie, Texas. We understand your request for calls for service and traffic stops to be asking for a list of the calls for service and traffic stops at the specified locations during the specified date ranges. As such, we have attached those lists to this communication along with the requested police reports which are available for release. Please note that the dates of birth of living individuals have been redacted from the responsive records in accordance with the common law right to privacy and previous determination ORR 2018-08062 (2018). Additional information has been redacted or is being withheld in accordance with the Public Information Act, Government Code 552.101 in conjunction with Texas Family Code 58.008 and/or 261.201. The City Attorney's Office will be submitting those records to the Attorney General's Office in the near future. The City Attorney's Office will provide you with a copy of the communication which is sent to the Attorney General's Office related to those records.

Section 552.304 of the Public Information Act permits any person to submit written comments as to why information at issue in a request for an attorney general decision should or should not be released. In order to be considered, such comments must be received before the attorney general renders a decision, and must be submitted pursuant to sections 552.308 and 552.309. Should you choose to exercise this option, we request that you send a copy of your comments to the City.
You will be advised of the response from the Attorney General once they make a ruling.
