Pursuant to the North Dakota Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any arrest or incident report concerning of an arrest, charge, or report of violation of North Dakota Century Code ยง 12.1-15-01 or "defamation." This request is limited to reports generated on or after January 1, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

There was only one report located in the timeframe and statue listed in you original email. Report #21108111. No charges were sent to the courts and the case was filed Inactive with the initial narrative. That report has been attached and there is no charge for it.
