From:

Mr. Maass,

The information presented today was done by a private individual, Alan Frazier. He is not employed with any government agency and none of the materials presented are property of the Sheriff's Office. Therefore, we are unable to provide any of the materials requested.

From: Dave Maass

Thank you for so quickly pointing out my error. I mistakenly sent it to the wrong entity and I apologize.

I have sent my request to the county sheriff's office. If indeed as you say, Alan Frazier, is a private individual, then he misrepresented himself in the IACP Tech materials and in his presentation. He represented him as an active sergeant and the commander of the Northeast Region Unmanned Aircraft Systems Unit and the presentations included the GF Sheriff's department's logo. If you believe that his claims were erroneous or fraudulent, please let me know if I should speak to an investigator in your department for appropriate action.

From: Grand Forks Police Department

I have replied to several of your requests and am not sure how many persons you have submitting requests or information but they seem to be overlapping. We have received a request among the several that we are currently working on fulfilling. Please review all your correspondence with our office and clarify if there is more that you are looking for outside of the e-mail correspondence that we said we could provide. Thank you.
