Does this include materials concerning the investigation of Stephanie Ameiss of myself? Or did the Lee County Sheriff's Dept. fabricate this?

Does this include the investigation of the impersonation of Officer Pillar allegedly by Trevor Nelson in 2015?

It appears law enforcement take impersonation of a police officer seriously, in this case the impersonation was part of the interstate transmission of terrorist death threats setting up Officer Pillar for these crimes.

I will send a check for $55.00 for the 14 reports. I do not have and did not receive the 3 reports listing me as victim. -- scott huminski

Be sure to include internal affairs documents regarding Debra Hartin and Ryan Pillar. As Hartin is deceased there is no conceivable reason to withhold.

Hartin's lifetime arrest threat intending to obstruct my litigation against Bruce Hume is criminal as is the Gilbert Police's refusal to withdraw, rescind or narrowly-tailor the arrest threat. It has been confirmed that Bruce Hume has benefited from a win-fall as he was able to keep estate funds with the knowledge that gilbert was obstructing justice with the lifetime arrest threat prohibiting contact.

The lifetime arrest threat is contrary to the procedures set forth by the AZ supreme court concerning no contact orders better known as injunctions against harassment. The gilbert police deliberately issued the no contact order to evade a court hearing as prescribed by the AZ Supreme Court in their injunction against harassment procedures. This form of street cop injunction is patently illegal and violates due process. The AZ Supreme Court has limited injunctions against harassment to 1 year which is why Gilbert chose to use the police no contact order including an arrest threat to achieve lifetime protection for Hume to corruptly keep estate monies. This conduct of gilbert constitutes obstruction of justice and it is governed by the continuing tort doctrine. I want my money. Police can't help police illegally profit by obstructing litigation. This is serious police corruption.

Mr. Huminski-

Please forward to me the personnel file of Debra Hartin. Her lifetime arrest threat concerning obstruction of justice rated to my father's estate preventing me from contact with Bruce Hume is still pending benefiting Officer Hume of the Norwalk, CT police.

The records request was issued in January 2016 and again in December 2016. The operative period is 2013-2016, not any time into the future as you allude to. Please describe what happens to the internal investigation records after 3 years. You can not produce records for 2017 as most of the year has not occurred yet.

Ryan Pillar first received a letter from Trevor Nelson via his parents impersonating me in 2013 and making allegations against Ryan for which you do have materials that can be disclosed and presumably haven't been destroyed. Produce them without further delay.

The letter sent by Nelson to Pillar is evidence and has not been destroyed. Produce a copy of the letter and all investigatory materials related to it. Please describe where this letter is located and why you can not produce it as required by statute.

From: scott huminski

See previous entry. I need Hartin's personnel file and internal investigation reports. The arrest threats issued by Gilbert have been confirmed to illegally obstruct justice to benefit fellow police officer Bruce Hume of the Norwalk CT PD by thousands of dollars. This is extreme police corruption, using arrest threats to influence an estate matter to benefit a fellow police officer.

I also need all materials related to the letter mailed to officer Ryan Pillar by Trevor Nelson impersonating me in 2013.

Prior letter you have not complied with,

The lifetime arrest threat issued By Hartin with the knowledge of dave meyer is missing. This act constitutes the use of police powers to gain financial advantage for a police colleague, Bruce Hume, Norwalk CT police and the arrest threat was issued to benefit Hume by several thousands of dollars in an estate matter.

Note had Hartin and Meyer used the procedures set forth by the AZ supreme court, an injunction against harassment, I could have pursued my share of the estate in court. As Hartin and Meyer chose to use an arrest threat that has no statutory exceptions for litigation and doesn't expire like an injunction against harassment, they ensured Hume made thousands of dollars and they may have received kick backs. There is no other explanation for police to defy procedures set forth by the AZ supreme court..
