Mr. Willis,
Could you please provide the exemptions you are citing in withholding contractual documents? The following link is to a letter sent by the City of Gilbert to the ACLU and states the Gilbert PD purchased cellphone surveillance equipment in 2008. https://www.aclu.org/files/assets/town_of_gilberts_response_to_prr_re_cell_phone_location_records.pdf
Thank you.
Best,
Curtis Waltman

Mr. Waltman-
Please accept my apologies for the delay in this response. In accordance with the State of Arizona's General Records Retention Schedule, any/all documents related to the noted 2008 equipment purchase by the Gilbert Police Department were disposed of in 2015.
Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks,
Ron
