Good Afternoon,

For this open records request, our office conducted a diligent search of our records and identified a couple of emails that may be responsive to the request. With that, our office will need additional time to retrieve and review the possibly responsive emails and determine which of those emails are responsive to the request. Our office will also redact any confidential information from such responsive emails to the extent authorized by law, specifically O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a) and O.C.G.A. § 21-2-225.

Our office estimates that the processing of this open records request will take approximately 1.5 work hours to retrieve the records, review for exempt or confidential information, and redact exempt or confidential information from the responsive records. In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(c)(1), the estimated cost for processing this request is $37.00. The estimated cost and time does not include the first fifteen minutes, which are without charge and were used to conduct an initial search of our records. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(d), our office will defer search and retrieval of the records until our office receives written notification of the requestor's agreement to pay the estimated cost.

In light of earlier open records requests received and the ongoing processing of such requests, our office expects to produce the records to the requestor through a secured link within 15 business days of the requestor's acceptance of the estimated cost.

Sincerely,

Open Records Officer
