The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is in response to your September 8, 2021, request for documents under the Georgia Open Records Act, and is in accordance with the three-day period of response pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71(b)(2).
You have requested "A file containing the university-affiliated email addresses, first and last names of all enrolled University of Georgia students as of the Fall 2021 semester."
Material sought via this request is exempt from disclosure in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a)(1) and (37), and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).
However, to obtain the material as "directory information," please click on this form from the UGA Registrar's Office: https://apps.reg.uga.edu/reporting/. FERPA defines "directory information" as information contained in the education records of a student that would not generally be considered harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed.
Please note that there will be a small fee associated with complying to your request.
