List of currently registered commercial vehicle VINs and mileage

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of complete VINs (vehicle identification numbers) for all commercial vehicles (Class 3-8) that have an active registration and corresponding mileage. I expect this response will contain two columns of data (VIN and mileage) and can be stored in a CSV, Excel or similar format. If you have any questions about this request, please contact me.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment, FTP, Dropbox or another service.

Thank you for your response. If your office maintains registered VINs alone, that would be acceptable.
