Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Hi Rhonda,

I am looking for some clarification on "It is important to note that any responsive documents which may have been generated by previous administrations were removed from the premises and are being processed for archiving."

Per the Georgia Open Records Act, I am looking for any relevant documents, including those documents which made have been removed from the premises.

The Georgia Open Records Act covers the inspection, copying and dissemination of documents already in existence and in the possession of the public officer or agency from which the documents were requested. Documents generated or received by previous administrations are not and have never been in the possession of the Office of Governor Kemp.
