Georgia is under a Public Health Emergency. At this time, the DPS Open Records Unit is only able to receive email requests and provide responses for available crash reports, incident reports, and citations.
Please review the Department's website for further information, at https://dps.georgia.gov/important-notice-regarding-open-records-effective-march-24-2020. Also, we are currently unable to certify or authenticate such responsive documents by email. If you are seeking documents other than available crash reports, incident reports or citations, you must resubmit your request once the Public Health Emergency has ended, which we currently expect will occur on July 12, 2020.

We are closing your request at this time.

Hello,

As my request is being made in the public interest for a journalistic publication, I would like to request a fee waiver. I am also willing to modify the request to make it less time consuming, if that is a concern.

Sincerely,
Jacob Appelbaum
