This is an open records request for a duplicate electronic copy of the CAD report and initial incident report in relation to the multi-jurisdictional raid conducted on January 18th, 2023 on the site of the proposed Atlanta Public Safety Training Center ("Cop City").

We are requesting an update on the status of this request. The GBI has yet to acknowledge it. As a reminder, per OCGA § 50-18-71(b) (1) (A), requests must be acknowledged within three business days, and that per § 50-18-72(4), initial incident reports may not be withheld due to a pending investigation.
