To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

#1: Any and all records of Complaints filed against Bernadette Feazell, date of birth 1/13/1948.
#2:Any and all transmissions, letters, notes, emails, notes of phone calls, transcripts or notes from meetings, from the McLennan County Sheriff's department or any of its employees or agents, including Sheriff Parnell McNamara, about Bernadette Feazell and/or filing a criminal complaint against her.
#3: Amy and all transmissions, phone calls, emails, notes, or receipts of meetings from any Ranger, including but not limited to Ranger Gary Phillips of Georgetown concerning Bernadette Feazell.
#4: Any and all transmissions from the Travis County Sheriff's department, Keith McManus, or the Travis County DA's office concerning Bernadette Feazell, and/or Complaint desired by McLennan County Sheriff or Sheriff's department concerning Bernadette Feazell.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
