Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

Records generated between December 1, 2002 and December 31, 2002 mentioning "Stephen Xavier Barnett" or "Matt Gaetz," including but not limited to incident, investigation, and autopsy reports in your possession, as well communications. I specifically seek records related to Barnett's death and Gaetz's involvement as a witness or suspect; Barnett's death was reported on in an obituary in the December 12, 2002 edition of the Gainesville Sun.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
