Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code ยงยง 6250), I hereby request the following records:
Lease leaseback agreements under California Education Code Section 17406 since Jan. 1, 2003 to the date of the request, specifically copies of Site Leases and Lease Agreements between school districts and contractors and/or construction companies.
This includes agreements with the Public Property Financing Corporation of California or similar non-profit organizations.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised that the response of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools to your California Public Records Act request of October 30, 2017 below will be dispatched today via the U.S. Mails. Due to the size of the two responsive agency record files that were identified on behalf of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, the electronic records cannot be sent as attachments to an email. Your request indicated a preference for the CD-ROM format; this office, however, utilizes USB thumb flash drives for both information storage and transport functions, and therefore will be mailing a thumb drive containing the responsive records to you.
