I apologize for the extended delay in replying to this Public Records Act request.
After a diligent search no records responsive to the request have been located. The Fresno Police Department does not have or use any of the technology that is referenced in the Public Records Act request. The only time Fresno Police Department even has access to such items is when there are operations conducted with Federal Agencies that do have access to the technologies.
