Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
I cordially request a copy of the contract between the city of Freeport and Freeport Youth Sports regarding the use of the ball fields at the Freeport Regional Sports Complex.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
I understand Ms. Podraza is out sick per earlier correspondence with the mayor regarding a separate records request I made. I wish her a speedy recovery, and understand her absence might result in a delayed response. Just get to me when you can, and if I don't hear back in 10 business days, I will touch base again.

Glad to hear it.
Sorry about this, but I'm going down a rabbithole. Got another for you, you will probably have to touch base with the recreation department and get back with me next week. Don't mean to run you ragged, take some time getting back to me if you need.
On item #9 on this contract of City responsibilities, it says "Issue keys in accordance with the key control agreement."
The key control agreement does not appear to be included in this contract, so I need a copy of that, please.
I also would like to request the fee schedule for using the facilities. The contract is to waive fees for Freeport Youth Sports, so I am requesting the schedule of fees that they would ordinarily have to pay if they did not have this contract with the city.
