1. The number of use of force incidents by type of force used in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.
2. The number of use of force complaints in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.
3. The number of use of force complaints sustained in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017, separated by year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello. You have misaddressed your communication. There is not a "Texas Public Information Act Office" in the City of Fort Worth or within the Fort Worth Police Department. The Fort Worth Police Department is not located at "Room L31, 1000 Throckmorton Street," and that address for City Hall was changed some years ago. Also, the City maintains a central email address for requests made under the Public Information Act - it is publicinformation@fortworthtexas.com<mailto:publicinformation@fortworthtexas.com>.
