Dear Ms. Hill,
My apologies as I meant to include a note along with the cost estimate sent to you earlier to let you know that if you narrowed your request or would like to have a discussion of the narrowing of scope such as identifying specific email accounts you are seeking, this would likely save you money so please feel free to contact myself or Officer Aguilar via email or phone to discuss.

However, please note that any narrowing or modifications do need to be made in writing as well.

Thank you,
Annette Henderson Public Information Coordinator, City of Fort Worth Records and Information Management Office Phone: (817) 392-8184 Publicinformation@fortworthtexas.gov City of Fort Worth – Working together to build a strong community.
