Hi there,

I'd be happy to try to find a way that might limit the amount of searching your office must conduct while still resulting in the desired materials. Do you happen to have any suggestions? Other agencies have been able to provide logs of such cases and settlements, which have included case numbers, dates, brief descriptions, and associated settlements or payments. Is there something similar kept by Fort Worth departments?

If talking about this over the phone might be simpler, please feel free to call me at 617-299-1832.

Thanks so much for your time and help.

Best wishes,
Beryl
