Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

-Expense reports related to the shooting that took place at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14, 2018, including costs related to any victim lawsuits, building repairs, legal fees, medical expenses, trauma counseling, media consultants, accountants who handled charitable contributions, reconstruction, insurance policies, etc.
-Any active shooter/active assailant insurance policies
-Any student safety policies related to an active shooter/active assailant

Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available. We request that the requested complaints please be made available to us as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please feel free to clarify via phone at 617-299-1832.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I'd like to modify my request to additionally include the following:
-Any expense reports related to the Guardian Program, in which Hendry County Public School District faculty will be trained to carry concealed weapons
-Any training materials related to the Guardian Program
-Any contracts/memorandums of understanding between the Hendry County Sheriff's Department and Hendry County Public School District related to the Guardian Program

-Any student safety policies related to an active shooter/active assailant - This request is respectfully declined as any records relating to active shooter exercises are confidential and exempt from disclosure under Section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes, pursuant to Section 281.301(1), Florida Statutes.

When referring to expense reports, I am referring to any receipts and invoices for expenses that arose in the aftermath of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School (i.e. victim lawsuits, building repairs, legal fees, medical expenses, trauma counseling, media consultants, accountants who handled charitable contributions, reconstruction, insurance policies, etc).
