All police records, call logs, blotter entries, closed investigation files and/or reports generated since February 1, 2008 pertaining to any incidents that occurred at the Narconon drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located at 1225 Redwood Street, Fort Collins, CO 80524. This facility is currently registered with the state as "A Life Worth Living" but has also been known to operate under the following business names:

Narconon Fresh Start
Narconon Colorado
Narconon Fort Collins
Fort Collins New Life Center
New Life Retreat
A Life Worth Saving

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the numerous civil lawsuits currently pending against this controversial Scientology-based rehab franchise for negligence, fraud, breach of contract, etc. Disclosure of the records I am seeking will greatly aid the public's understanding of what is happening at this non-profit organization, and how public service agencies operate when dealing with such a facility. Thank you for the detailed response to my CORA request dated May 7, 2015.

I do wish to proceed with this request, for either all or some of the incident records you identified. Due to the estimated cost, I will be enabling a online fundraiser to attempt to raise the necessary amount via crowdfunding.

So if possible, I respectfully ask for a 30-day window to run the fundraiser and see if the total amount due can be raised. And if not, make a determination on how best to limit the timeframe for the request to lower the applicable costs.

If this is acceptable, I will contact you again by July 1st at the latest to confirm or revise my request, and then forward payment immediately thereafter. Please advise if your procedures allow for a 30-day response time such as this, and/or inform me as to what my other alternative is for getting a payment to you within an acceptable timeframe.
