Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at roughly 1:05 PM, a Flower Mound Police Department SUV drove through the south parking lot of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. The vehicle's number was 43500-20. I would like the following information on the police officer driving that vehicle:
1.) The officer's name, badge number, and rank
2.) All complaints filed against this officer
3.) The officer's resume with all private information redacted and work history at private businesses redacted
4.) If his or her vehicle or body camera was recording, 20 minutes of continuous footage with audio consisting of the officer driving through the south parking lot with 10 minutes before arriving and 10 minutes after
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.
