Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
Documenting relating to December 11, 1990 event put on by the World Wrestling Federation (a.k.a. Titan Sports and Event Services) at the SunDome/Yuengling Center, including but not limited to information relating to the injury sustained by pro wrestler Charles Austin at the event and the resulting litigation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The University of South Florida is not in possession of any documents related to the December 11, 1990 World Wrestling Federation event you are inquiring about.
As for any records specific to the Sun Dome/Yuengling Center, the facility is a Direct Support Organization, and therefore exempt pursuant to Section 1004.28, Florida Statutes.
