Re: Any documents, logs, files, or memos still on file and pertaining to 2001 Expungment
To State Attorney Stephen Russell - srussell@sao.cjis20.org
Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
Seeking a copy from your office of any document signed, seen or received by you or any member of your staff, which is still on file in the state attorney's office, pertaining in any way to:
1) an Expungement Application to the FL Dept of Law Enforcement (applied to FL Dept of Law Enforcement by attorney Donald Day) with my name on it, and
2) Any document pertaining to this expungement (which was obtained by attorney Donald Day).
These documents may be dated 2001.
This is the expungement which destroyed the police video of my fake DUI arrest -- though Donald Day did not tell me the destruction of a police video would result from this expungment. I believe Donald Day well knew this video was evidence pertaining to the Naples Police violation of my civil rights in this matter of a fake DUI arrest (a fake arrest which I believe was ordered by then sitting Gov Jeb Bush as a favor to his father, GH Bush, who I believe committed various financial crimes which I unintentionally learned of).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
Sincerely,
Susan Alyn

Is your office required to sign an expungment application dated 2001, and if so - do you have a list of applications you signed?
