Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:

Seeking a certified copy of any phone log or any written phone records kept by you for phone calls you made from the state attorney's office from Oct 1, 2000 to Dec 31, 2000.

If no such phone log or phone records exist, then kindly write a letter on your agency's letterhead and state there are no responsive documents to this request and certify the letter.

I am making this request to you because I believe under FL Sunshine Law you would be the Custodian of such a public record, if such exists, as I did receive a phone call at my mother's house from a woman identifying herself as being from the state attorney's office, following my false arrest in Oct 2000, and informing me, by phone, the state attorney would not be prosecuting this case. (And, as you may also recall, you and I emailed about this matter in May 2014. However, I forgot to ask you for a public records phone log.)

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
