Mr. Spies,
Your public records request was forwarded to the Seventh Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office. We do not have the ability to retrieve the specific documents you are requesting. Our data entry system does not specifically code Stand Your Ground Motions.

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information request, copied below, and originally submitted on April 27, 2017. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response, or if further clarification is needed.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
From: Lelis, Ludmilla
Mr. Spies:
This email is in response to your request for Stand Your Grand motions from the 7th Circuit.
Your original request was addressed to the Court Communications Officer of the Seventh Judicial Circuit and the State Attorney's Office. Please note these are actually two different offices, as the State Attorney is elected in each circuit, while the Circuit Court has a separate office.
However, I forwarded your request to the State Attorney's Office and below is the response, which you should have received via email last week.
Court Administration does not track the records you seek. You may want to make your request with the Clerk of Court offices in Flagler, St. Johns, Putnam and Volusia counties.
Very truly yours,
Ludmilla Lelis
Court Communications Officer
