From: Executive Office of the Governor of Florida

Good afternoon,

The Governor's Office of Open Government has initiated a search for records responsive to your request, a copy of which is attached for your reference.

Our initial search has found a significant number of items potentially responsive to your request. An item identifies an email, attachment, meeting invitation, etc., and each item could result in multiple pages. All responsive pages require review for exempt and/or confidential information.

The Executive Office of the Governor is committed to public transparency and compliance with Florida's Sunshine laws, and we will work to process your request as quickly as possible. As you may know, complex or laborious requests that may require significant staff review or materials costs are subject to service charges.

The Office of Open Government is happy to proceed with producing a cost estimate and processing the request. However, if you would like to narrow the request we are able to do that as well. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Please note, if we do not hear from you within 30 days, our office will consider your request closed. Should that occur, you would be welcome to re-submit your request at any time.

Sincerely,
