Dear Ms. Jacobs:

You have provided MuckRock News a resume, but the public records request asked for both a resume and job application.

Please provide a copy of the signed and sworn job application Mary Ellen Clark provided to your office for her current position.

Note that your responses to this public records request are posted on MuckRock News (muckrock.com), and obviously I have no control over who in the public sees any of the public records posted on MuckRock.

My purpose in obtaining these public records is that I am trying to determine if Mary Ellen was actually assigned to what I know to be a bogus court filing, or if her name was forged on that court filing without her knowledge.

Finding out if she even worked at the FL Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is a first step.

Please respond with a sworn job application she filed for her current position, as originally requested.

Thank you.

It sounds like you are saying no job application is issued to applicants by the state, but my impression is that a job application is required for state jobs.

Is only a resume required for Mary Ellen's position? No job application?
